  • Recruited, provided technical direction, and project-managed team of three freelance developers, including myself, to build out a serverless backend application and performant front-end web app in Next.js
  • Developed remote-work best-practices for a globally-distributed team of software engineers including migrating the company knowledge-base to Notion, leading initial project-management efforts, and fostering a culture of async, documentation forward, collaboration.
  • Led efforts to achieve day-1 productivity for new engineers by creating in-depth onboarding documentation, implementing a policy of continuous improvement, and iterating on developer-operations to provide a robust CI/CD pipeline and developer-friendly testing environment.
  • Served as liaison between technical and non-technical business units in order to unblock team-members across functions. Worked directly with backend, frontend, product, marketing, C-Suite, and member operations team to provide achieve holistic goals, preempt miscommunication, and find opportunities for high-impact quick-wins.
Example: Turned around a new landing page in one day that saved Member-operations team over 40 hours per week in manual-updates.
